Brief Introduction

VSI crusher, also known as vertical shaft impact crusher, is advanced equipment specially used for artificial sand making and stone shaping. It adopts the principle and technology of “rock on rock” crushing, which can not only realize the fine crushing of stone materials, but also complete the sand making products. Working Principle

The stone is hit, accelerated, impacted, rebounded and rubbed in the VSI crusher, so that the ore is broken along the fragile surface such as joints and until the material specifications are set, so the VSI crusher is an advanced, high-energy and low-cost sand making equipment. The crushing products have uniform particle size, natural grain shape and the crusher can crush various ores into sand of different specifications. The product has many cubes and performs better in concrete, asphalt and base mixes.
